These are the rules for using Ostira. We've kept them as clear as we can — no one benefits from terms you can't understand. By creating an account or using Ostira, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using Ostira means you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Ostira.

2. Description of Service

Ostira is an AI-native CRM platform designed for independent real estate agents. The platform provides tools for automated lead response, lead qualification through conversational AI, pipeline management, drip campaign automation, content generation, and showing coordination.

Ostira is provided as a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product accessible via web browser.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately at support@ostira.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Ostira accounts are issued to individual real estate agents. You may not share your account credentials or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ostira in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including federal and state real estate regulations and Fair Housing laws.

The following uses are prohibited: sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, using Ostira to facilitate any Fair Housing Act violations, scraping or data-mining Ostira systems, attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform, and using Ostira to store, transmit, or distribute malware or malicious content.

5. Intellectual Property

Ostira and its underlying technology, design, code, and branding are owned by Ostira and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Ostira platform.

You retain full ownership of all data and content you create, import, or store in Ostira — including your contacts, deals, campaigns, and generated content. By using Ostira, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Think of Ostira's AI like a sharp assistant who drafts your emails — fast and usually on point, but you're the one who hits send. Review AI-generated content before it goes to leads or clients. You're responsible for what leaves your name.

Ostira incorporates Fair Housing compliance guidance into AI generation workflows. That said, you retain final responsibility for ensuring all communications you send comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state real estate regulations. Ostira is a tool — professional judgment remains yours.

7. Billing and Cancellation

Ostira starts with a free 14-day trial — no credit card required. After the trial, access requires a paid subscription at the rates shown on our pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your account settings — you keep access through the end of your billing period, with no refunds for partial months. After cancellation, your data stays accessible and exportable for 30 days before being permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ostira is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ostira's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Ostira be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of the platform. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your data will be exportable for 30 days before being permanently deleted. We will not hold your data hostage — you can export everything you brought in.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email before the new terms take effect. Continued use of Ostira after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Non-material changes (clarifications, typo corrections) may be made without notice.
