Can my team use Ostira?

No. Each Ostira account is for one person: one email address, one password and one set of data. There's no way to invite a teammate or an assistant to your account.

What one account includes

• One sign-in. Ostira has no team members, roles or shared logins.
• Your own contacts, conversations, pipeline, campaigns and content. No other account can see them.
• One plan. Pro covers your account only.

Ostira's Terms of Service say accounts are issued to individual agents and that you may not share your login details. Don't give your password to an assistant.

If your team wants to use Ostira

Each agent can create their own account. Keep in mind:

• Accounts are separate. Contacts and conversations aren't shared between them.
• Each account has its own plan. Every agent starts on the free plan, and each one upgrades on their own Billing page. See Plans and limits.
• To hand leads to a teammate, export them from your account and have the teammate import them. See Export your contacts and Import contacts from a CSV file.
