Plans and limits

Ostira has two plans, Free and Pro. This page lists what each one includes and what counts toward each free-plan limit.

Plans at a glance

Limit	What counts	What doesn't count
Contacts	Every contact in your account, however it was added.	Contacts you've deleted.
Campaigns	Every campaign you've created, whatever its enrollments are doing.	Steps and enrollments inside a campaign.
Ostira's replies	Each message Ostira sends to a lead, including its first message and its follow-up check-ins. Each draft Ostira wrote that you send from Conversations or Ask Ostira counts too, even if you edit it first.	Messages your leads send, messages you write yourself, and drafts you don't send.
Content generations	Each time Ostira writes for you: starting or regenerating a draft in Content, refining a draft, writing a campaign's steps, or rewriting one step. It counts whether or not you save the result.	A generation that fails.

Limit	Resets
Contacts	Never. It's a total. Delete contacts to make room.
Campaigns	Never. It's a total. Delete a campaign to make room.
Ostira's replies	On the 1st of each month.
Content generations	On the 1st of each month.

Your plan shows at the top of Billing: "Free Plan" or "Pro Plan".
Pro's limits lift as soon as your payment goes through.
If a Pro payment fails, the free-plan limits apply until it's paid. See Payment failed.
If you cancel Pro, you keep it until the end of your billing period. After that the free-plan limits apply again. Nothing is deleted, but you can't add more than the free plan allows.
