When you reach a free-plan limit

Each free-plan limit stops only its own feature. Reaching the contact limit, for example, doesn't stop Ostira from replying to leads. Here's what changes at each limit and what you can do.

Contacts (25)

You can't add a 26th contact.

• On Contacts, saving a contact from + Add Contact shows "You've reached your free plan limit" with Upgrade to Pro — $149/month and Maybe later.
• The New lead form says "You've reached the free plan limit of 25 contacts. Upgrade to add more leads."
• A CSV import adds contacts until you reach 25. The rest show under Over plan limit in the results.

Your existing contacts keep working as before.

Campaigns (1)

Your first campaign is the one the free plan includes. Creating another one shows "You've reached your free plan limit". Your existing campaign keeps sending. To make room, delete it. See Delete a campaign.

Ostira's replies (10 a month)

Once 10 messages Ostira wrote have gone to leads in a month, Ostira stops. Its drafts that you send count, even if you edit them. Messages you write yourself don't. The next time it would message a lead:

• Ostira sends the lead nothing.
• The conversation is handed to you and shows "Ostira paused · needs you".
• You get an email, "Ostira paused: [lead's name] is waiting for your reply", and a notification.
• The conversation page shows "Ostira paused — plan limit reached" with an Upgrade plan button.

Ostira also stops writing suggested drafts for conversations it hands you, and follow-ups in Ask Ostira.

Reply to the lead yourself. See Take over and hand back.

Paused conversations stay with you after you upgrade or after the count resets on the 1st. To let Ostira pick one up again, open it and select Hand back to Ostira.

Content generations (5 a month)

Start Draft in Content shows "You've reached your free plan limit". Having Ostira write or rewrite campaign steps stops too. Content you've already saved stays in your library.

Your options

• Upgrade to Pro. It removes all four limits. See Billing and invoices.
• Wait for the 1st. Ostira's replies and content generations reset each month.
• Make room. Delete contacts you no longer need to get under 25.
