Pipeline and booking

Read your Insights

Updated

The Insights page shows how your leads, pipeline and campaigns are doing over a period you choose.

Choose the period

At the top of the page, select a period. Every number and chart on the page uses it, except upcoming appointments.

Option Covers
7d Today and the 6 days before it
30d The last 30 days, including today (the default)
90d The last 90 days, including today
12m The last 12 months, including today
Custom Pick a start and end date, then select Apply

Numbers at the top

Each number shows the change from the period of the same length just before it ("vs prev period"). When the earlier period has nothing to compare with, it says "First period tracked". A number that's still zero is hidden. If none have data, you'll see "Awaiting data — metrics will appear as leads and campaigns are tracked."

Number What it measures
New Leads Contacts added in the period, from any source, including imports
Avg Response Time For leads added in the period, the average time from when the lead came in to the first message they got in their conversation, from Ostira or you. Lower is better.
Pipeline Value The total value of deals created in the period that aren't in Won or Lost. Deals with no value count as $0.
Qualification Rate Of the conversations started in the period, the share where the lead gave all four details and got a temperature
Open / Click Rate Each campaign's open rate and click rate for emails sent in the period, averaged across your campaigns

Sections

Section What it shows
Upcoming Appointments Your next booked consultations. It only appears when you have one coming up.
Lead Volume by Source New contacts over time (per day, or per week or month for longer periods), split by lead source: Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Web form, Manual and Other. Other groups every remaining source, such as Facebook or Referral. Contacts with no lead source aren't counted here.
Open Pipeline by Stage The value of deals created in the period, in each stage except Won and Lost. A stage with none says "No deals".
Campaign Performance Each campaign's emails sent in the period, with Sent, Open Rate and Click Rate. Select a column heading to sort.

Notes

  • Text messages aren't part of Sent, Open Rate or Click Rate. Those only count campaign emails.
  • Pipeline numbers count deals by the day they were created, not the day they moved. A deal created before the period isn't included, even if it moved during it.
  • To act on what you see, go to Manage your pipeline or Build a campaign.
