Generate listing, social and email content
Updated
Ostira can draft a listing description, a social post or an email from a few property details. You then edit the draft and save it to your library.
Write a draft
- In the sidebar, select Content.
- Select New Draft.
- Choose Listing, Social or Email.
- Fill in at least one property field: Property address, Price, Sq ft, Beds, Baths or Features.
- Set the options for your type. For a listing, pick a Tone and a Length. For a social post, pick a Platform. For an email, pick an Email type: New Listing or Open House.
- Optional: under Contact, pick a contact to link the draft to them. For social posts and emails, Ostira also writes for that person.
- Select Start Draft.
- Edit the text in the editor.
- Select Save to Library.
Check and polish the draft
When the draft is ready, Ostira checks it for Fair Housing issues. You'll see "Compliance check passed" or how many issues it found, with the flagged phrases highlighted.
- Select a flagged phrase, then select its Replace with suggestion, or select Edit text to change it yourself.
- After you edit, select Re-check compliance to check again.
- To have Ostira rework the text, select Refine, pick a tone, then select Refine again. Select Accept to use the new text or Reject to keep yours.
- Select Copy to copy the plain text to paste somewhere else.
See How the Fair Housing check works.
What counts toward your plan
On the free plan you get 5 content generations a month. Each Start Draft, Regenerate Draft and Refine uses one, whether or not you save the result. When they're used up, you'll see "You've reached your free plan limit" (or, when refining, "You've reached your free plan's content limit."). The count starts over on the 1st of each month. See Plans and limits.
What happens next
Your draft appears on Content, ready to edit or mark as final. See Manage your content library.
